The NFFF are delighted to offer Online Qualifications in Level 2 and 3 Food Hygiene, Level 2 Health & Safety in the Workplace and Level 2 Allergens Awareness for Caterers. The online qualifications are available to both yourself and any staff that you would like to put through them.

The costings are as follows:

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene - £9.50+VAT (£11.40 including VAT) 
  • Level 2 Health & Safety in the Workplace – £9.50+VAT (£11.40 including VAT) 
  • Level 2 Allergens Awareness for Caterers - £9.50+VAT (£11.40 including VAT) 
  • Level 2 HACCP - £9.50+VAT (£11.40 including VAT) 
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene - £65.00+VAT (£78.00 including VAT)
  • Fire Awareness in the Workplace - £14.00+VAT (£16.80 including VAT)

The advantage of online qualifications are that you can study and undertake the exams at any time day or night either at the workplace, home or office.

The NFFF in conjunction with Seafish is proud to offer two distance learning programmes aimed at raising standards in the fish frying sector. These Qualifications are designed to raise standards of customer service and fish frying in fish and chip shops and restaurants across the UK. They can be taken individually or as a combined Qualification.

The aim of the qualification... This qualification is designed to raise standards of fish frying in fish and chip shops and restaurants across the UK. The three key areas included in this exciting qualification are:

  • Frying Skills
  • Food Hygiene
  • Health & Safety

Study when you want, where you want and at a pace to suit you.

Two workbooks are supplied for self-study (Introduction to Fish Frying Skills, and Introduction to Food Hygiene and Health and Safety in Fish Frying).

Assessment at your place of work, causing minimum disturbance to your work routines.

There is a 40 question multiple choice examination paper along with a practical assessment with a Seafish-approved Assessor.

The Assessor will attend your place of work to conduct a formal assessment while you work. This typically lasts two to three hours.

Cost

Member cost is  £30.00 for the 2 workbooks per person signing up

Assessment fee for a member is £140.00 plus VAT per person

 

Non member cost is £40.00 for the 2 workbooks per person signing up

Assessment fee for a non-member is £165.00 plus VAT per person
