Sponsored by Caterway, the award recognises an individual who has made a significant contribution to the industry and has been instrumental in advancing it through innovation, modernisation or simple hard work. This may not necessarily be through long service but perhaps an individual who has made a huge impact on the industry, whether over a short or long period of time.
The winner of this category along with all the other winners will be announced at the awards ceremony taking place in London at the Lancaster London Hotel on the 24th January 2013.
