Issue 2 of the Fish Friers has just been published and we would like to thank everyone for their involvement within the issue. The Fish Friers Review provides you the perfect chance to catch up with all the latest news within the industry alongside extended features within each issue on varying topics.
Issue 2 offers our readers an insight into ‘Frying Medium’ from oil management with the Fish Bar in Crewe owner Craig Buckley to filtration tips from the Filter Lady at Steve Hill Services plus involvement from P100 – Vandemoortele to VITO UK and Premier 1 Filtration.
Our annual ‘Frying Range Customer Survey’ is once again taking place and we would love to hear your views which you can take part on at www.nfffsurvey.com. We also look into Scotrange and why after 10 years of manufacturing new ranges for shops all across the UK, not once has a Scotrange pan been changed.
We also welcomed our new NFFF Associate Members in Hilton Smythe, Npower Business and Shoppers Anonymous and look into depth our partnership with Npower Business and Shoppers Anonymous who are undertaking a training course on the 19th April. (More details can be found clicking here)
