By 2008, we had launched our service department, starting with a modest team that has grown significantly. We have revolutionized our service model with fixed callout and hourly rates, followed by the introduction of service contracts and an advanced CRM system. In 2024, we stand as the only Fish & Chip frying range supplier to be an approved Ansul Fire Suppressant distributor installer, highlighting our dedication to quality and safety.
As we celebrate this milestone, we remain committed to leading the industry with our gas-safe and Ansul-qualified engineers.
