As the National Fish and Chip Awards 2024 are fast approaching, we wanted to take this time to give a special mention to our sponsors for the Fish and Chip Takeaway of the Year award – Colbecks
“As a family business Henry Colbeck has always sponsored the National Fish & Chip Awards because it showcases our National Dish, our amazing industry, and the families and people who make it all happen, on a National and even International level!
Whilst we sponsor the Takeaway Award in a consortium with our Q Partnership partners and others, this sponsorship goes towards supporting the whole event and making it happen. This means young people, star employees, newcomers, sustainability and training champions and many more are given a national platform to show their skills, commitment and enthusiasm.

The National Fish and Chip Awards is the biggest fish and chip event of the entire calendar. Shop owners and key industry figures will be traveling from all around the nation to celebrate the very best of the best in our industry. It is a fantastic event, jam-packed with entertainment, food, drinks, and most importantly, you will find out who this year’s winners are and join in their celebration. The event will be hosted by Rob Beckett and will take place on 28th February from 11am at the Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge, London. We hope to see you there.
