T.Quality Expands Dessert Range With Host Of New Products For Foodservice Operators

T.Quality Foodservice has significantly expanded its dessert offering with the introduction of a host of new products, giving foodservice operators even greater choice across cakes, traybakes, traycakes, scones and individually portioned desserts.

The expansion builds on T.Quality’s established dessert range, which already includes its popular selection of IQF individual cheesecakes and other IQF desserts, and represents a continued investment in the category as the wholesaler looks to provide customers with more opportunities to develop their dessert and sweet treat offering.

Among the new additions are a selection of traybakes, traycakes, round cakes and scones, with flavours ranging from Caramel TrayCake with Biscoff to Lemon Drizzle, Carrot Cake, Victoria Sponge and Lemon & Blueberry Round Cakes.

The wider range has been selected to cater for different foodservice occasions, from traditional plated desserts to café counters, afternoon teas, takeaway orders and grab-and-go sales.

Continuing to champion the benefits of IQF

IQF desserts are not new to T.Quality, with the wholesaler having offered individually quick frozen products as part of its dessert range for a number of years.

However, T.Quality continues to see significant benefits in the format for foodservice operators, particularly when it comes to convenience, portion control and reducing potential food waste.

Being individually frozen allows operators to remove only the portions they require from frozen storage, rather than having to defrost an entire product. This provides greater flexibility for businesses where dessert demand can fluctuate from service to service.

Alongside its existing IQF cheesecakes, the expanded range provides customers with an even broader selection of formats to suit different menus and trading environments.

The range also includes individually packaged sponge cakes, providing a convenient ready-to-sell option for takeaway, delivery and grab-and-go occasions.
