The inspection revealed a combination of issues, including infestation, dirty kitchen and storeroom, inadequate washing facilities and staff who were not adequately trained in food safety and hygiene.
The court imposed fines amounting to a total of £7,632, with an additional victim surcharge of £508 and court costs of £6,300.
