JJ Foodservice has released a new brochure to help business and property owners understand what the company is looking for when acquiring new warehouse sites.
The move follows the wholesaler’s announcement in January that it plans to expand its national footprint by acquiring freehold warehouse locations across the UK.
The new brochure outlines the company’s ideal site requirements — including minimum size, use class, and target regions — giving prospective sellers and agents the tools they need to assess whether their property is the right fit.
