I am Caitlin Wharmby from Newcastle and am very excited to join the National Federation of Fish Friers team as a Marketing Coordinator. I look forward to working closely with the planning and preparation of the National Fish and Chip Awards and with our Associate Members to hopefully bring some new ideas to the table and gain some insight into the industry. I am greatly appreciative for this opportunity to grow and work with such a well-established federation.
