On Monday the 20th May, the NFFF will be hosting the Drywite Young Fish Frier of the Year Workshop at our training school, located at 4 Greenwood Mount, LS6 4LQ, Leeds, West Yorkshire.
The Day will include information about the structure of the competition, tips on making your entry as strong as possible, a presentation from the current winner, Jamie Russo, as well as a practical session where you will get the chance to prepare and cook fish & chips with fellow young friers.
