How to become Accredited

To achieve the Quality Accreditation shops have to undergo a thorough remote inspection carried out by an independent assessor covering the following aspects:

Your premises

The assessor will check the layout, condition and cleanliness of your shop

FInal product

The level of customer service and quality of the cooked finished product will be assessed

Working practices

The intake preparation, storage, product handling and temperature control assessed

Hygiene standards

To check hygiene standards we assess staff, premises and equipment cleanliness

Management controls

Health and safety, pest controls, temperature monitoring, cleaning schedules, staff training and allergen matrix

Machinery, equipment & utensils

We assess all machinery, equipment and utensil cleanliness to ensure quality

Please select the relevant QA package opposite. Once the payment has been made you will shortly receive details with your log in details to allow you to start your application process. The application process consists of a question paper with photographic evidence also required to enter the Quality Accreditation.

Once you have completed and provided the requested photo evidence required the assessor will be in contact with you directly to arrange a mutually agreed day and time to carry out the zoom assessment.
