Young Fish Friers Best Practice Day

Practice makes perfect, and this was certainly the case when several of the nation’s best young fish friers came to our training centre for a day of honing their frying skills.

Led by big names in the young fryer’s world – amongst them Carlyn Kearney and Zohaib Hussain – the session was attended by the passionate group, all under the close scrutiny of NFFF Vice-President Mark Drummond and Richard Wardell from Seafish.
