This years Young Fish Frier of The Year, Carlyn Kearney, has organised a trip to visit Shetland and Frankies Fish and Chips.

This is your chance to visit some fish processing facilities, seafood auctions and mussel farms.

Numbers will be limited and the trip is partially funded.

Potential date is the first week in September for 3 days.
