Over the next two days at the NFFF HQ we have the 10 semi-finalists of the Young Fish Friers of the Year 2015.

At this stage of the competition the 10 young friers will be tested on their preparation, frying and presentation of their fish and chips then questioned by a panel of judges including a past winner and Quality Award Fish and Chip shop owners in to how and why they undertake their process as they do.
