Coeliac UK’s 2019 Gluten Free Industry Day which will be taking place on Tuesday 3 December at the British Motor Museum gives delegates the opportunity to learn more about the ever changing and growing gluten free industry, hear experiences from existing gluten free food businesses and network with leading food professionals.

With only 1 months to go we are looking forward to hearing an overview of the GF market from leading industry experts and an update on the current regulation around gluten free including what Natasha’s law means for the future of the gluten free industry, plus delegates can find out exactly what gluten free consumers want from the retail and manufacturing industry with the latest findings from Coeliac UK's members survey on shopping and eating out.

The afternoon features 2 interactive workshops:

For Manufacturers/retailers:  Hear from brand leaders and others new to market, plus more about Coeliac UK’s Crossed Grain Trademark certification scheme. Speakers include Grace Coates, (Asda) and Chris Hook (Warburtons) talking about their gluten free journey and the benefits they have seen since working with us. Andy Booth (SGS) and Elizabeth Turner (Coeliac UK) will be sharing information on how to be part of Europe’s leading gluten free certification mark and feature the Crossed Grain certification on your products.

For Caterers/food service/hospitality professionals: learn from others getting gluten free right including more about the Coeliac UK ‘s catering accreditation scheme from Christine Lewis (Coeliac UK)  Rupi Zani, (Pizza Express), Marc Warde, (Niche), Dean Roache (Mitchells & Butlers) and Craig Adams (NSF).
