The finalists for the Best Multiple Foodservice Operator Award were announced today as part of the 2015 National Fish & Chip Awards, organised by Seafish.


Open to businesses that serve fish and chips across three or more outlets, ranging from pub chains to major supermarkets, the award recognises businesses that offer a wide variety of products and gives them the opportunity to showcase their quality, versatility and diversity.


The finalists for the Best Multiple Foodservice Operator Award are: Garfunkel’s Restaurants; Flame Grill by Greene King and Wm Morrisons plc.


These businesses will now enter one final stage of judging, being assessed across a range of criteria including food quality, marketing activity, customer service and commercial awareness, to determine who will fry-out on top.


The overall winner will be announced at a prestigious awards ceremony at The Lancaster London Hotel on 20 January 2015.
