Training course added in August

Due to the demand for training we can confirm a three day training course condensed into two days has been added for the 15th& 16th August.
The course will cover everything a three day course would but due to limited numbers allowed on the course we are able to run the course over two days. If you would are interested in undertaking the unique opportunity please do not hesitate to contact NFFF HQ and book you space today.

- Fish, potato and batter: selection and preparation
- Types of oils and fats
- Hands on cooking including correct frying temperatures, range management and portion control
