Hat-trick of quality for Elite Fish and Chip shops.

The most recent takeaway and restaurant in the Elite Fish and Chip Company at Sleaford has been awarded 5 stars for its quality from the National Federation of Fish Friers.

Producing fish and chips of the highest quality is something the company has prided its self on for over 25 years in Lincolnshire, now with all three Elite sites in Lincoln, Ruskington and Sleaford receiving the Quality Award for product quality and taste, hygiene, food preparation practices and top customer service. All their customers can now buy with confidence where they see the Quality Award sign. 

To gain this award the business has undergone an in-depth inspection by leading industry professionals. 

Manager at the Sleaford site, Rachel Tweedale (23), said, “I have grown up around our family business and after opening the Sleaford Elite a year ago I feel our team has proven just how much quality they have by receiving the highest standard possible.” With the guidance of her father Adrian learning the best possible practices for the business Rachel is leading from the front with her small team in Sleaford. Commenting on his daughter^s achievement, Adrian said, “I feel very proud of what Rachel has inspired her team to do in Sleaford, it gives our business a tremendous future from the legacy started by my dad David over 25 years ago.” 

This year the Elite are raising £25,000 for Lincolnshire charities and to provide the best product possible for their customers is only fair when they are asking for support in their challenge to help the five chosen charities that will benefit from the fund-raiser.
