The Bay Fish & Chips Scoops Prestigious Win at Grampian Food Forum Innovation Awards

The Bay Fish & Chips is celebrating after scooping a top accolade for the ‘Most Successful Product from the 2015 Awards’ for its Premium Bay Batter, at the Grampian Food Forum Innovation Awards 2016, the most prestigious food and drink awards in Scotland’s northeast.

The bespoke Premium Bay Batter is accessible and free of any additives or artificial colourings. It only contains three ingredients; flour, raising agents and salt, and is available for both retail and foodservice use as well as being the only batter that is used at The Bay in Stonehaven.

Calum Richardson, Owner/Chef at The Bay Fish & Chips said:
