The Bay Fish & Chip Shop in Stonehaven has made it through to the final of the People’s Favourite category at the Sustainable Restaurant Awards 2015. The brand new award received over 850 nominations from the public and it was up to a panel of esteemed judges to pick the final shortlist.

Thewinner of People’s Favourite will be decided on the basis of the public vote and will be presented with their award by SRA President Raymond Blanc on Monday 23 February at Oval Space in East London.

The Bay Fish & Chips is already a market leader when it comes to sustainability, provenance and environmentally friendly business practice.Calum^s high standards in all areas of his business meant that in 2013, The Bay was the overall winner of the National Fish & Chip Awards.

The Bay is also rated as one of the most highly achieving restaurants in the UK by the Sustainable Restaurant Association achieving Three Star Sustainability Champion status.
