Smales Fish Merchants & Larry’s Fish Cakes proud to launch the new Larry’s Fine Dining Range

Smales are delighted to introduce the new Larry’s ‘Fine Dining Range’ of luxury Fish Cakes to the market.  The range features 4 varieties of Fish Cake, each made with only the finest and freshest ingredients and completely free of any additives, which will be the perfect addition to any eat-in menu or specials board.   The new fish cake range comprises of:

 

Line Caught Haddock – prime fillets of Line Caught Haddock and chunks of Maris Piper potato, delicately combined with onion, parsley and a dash of cream.  Can be served with a range of dips, salad or just good old chips.

 

Kedgeree – Oak smoked Haddock delicately blended with sour cream, Maris Piper potato, Curry Powder and Coriander.  Delicious with a poached egg!

 

Scottish Salmon Fish Cakes – The finest Scottish Salmon, diced Maris Piper potato, onion, cream and a touch of parsley.  Perfectly complemented by a fresh tomato salsa.

 

Thai Style Northumbrian Crab Cake – Far East meets North East!  Brown Crab Meat, whitefish fillets, red pepper, chilli, garlic and lemongrass all perfectly married together to pack a real punch!  Serve with a sweet chilli dip.
