Second ^Introduction to Drywite Young Fish Frier of the Year^ Date Added

Drywite and the NFFF are delighted to announce a second one day course "An Introduction to Drywite Young Fish Frier of the Year ". The second course will be ran and supported by NFFF at their headquarters in Leeds on Tuesday 26th April will be free and open to anyone thinking of entering the competition.

A second course has been added to the diary due to the high demand from young friers wishing to learn about enter this years Drywite Young Fish Frier of the Year competition.

The day will include information on the structure of the competition, the rounds, also the expectations of candidates using examples of questions/answers from previous years.

A practical session will be included providing tuition on best practice methods within the industry. Followed by attendees cooking their lunch.

There will be presentations from previous entrants and finalists about their experience of the competition and the benefits they have had from entering.

Then a final session recapping best practice techniques and all important tips on their entry to the Drywite Young Fish Frier of the Year.

Also of course there’s an opportunity to meet other young friers, past entrants and judges.

It promises to be an exciting day full of content and advice, and Young Friers are sure to come away with a great deal of good training and information.
