NFFF TRAINING SCHOOL TO FEATURE IN FISH AND CHIP BBC RADIO 4 DOCUMENTARY

BBC RADIO 4 - FROM TRAINING TO OPENING A NEW FISH AND CHIP SHOP

For a whole week from Monday 29th Sept - Friday 3rd October, listeners to BBC Radio 4 will be able to follow a 15 minute series each day featuring the NFFF Training School and interviews with some of our students as they go on to open their own fish and chip shops. Each of the 5 slots will be from 1.45pm-2.00pm. 

Amongst the interviewees are Mark Faichney and his wife, Jane, whose story is followed from our training course right up to opening their to their shop in Keighley, West Yorkshire.

This will be an inspiring series for anyone interested in the food industry - and what better industry to follow than fish and chips? Follow our "small fry"

The presenter will be food writer Alison Clarkson who, as you can see below, is a big fan of our national dish!
