Train the Trainer: The National Federation of Fish Friers welcomed Guest Frier, James Houlston who came to assist in leading the practical side of the potato preparation and fish frying as part of the NFFF three day course today.

An experienced frier, James brought with him the knowledge that helped him reach the final 6 of the Drywite Young Fish Frier of the Year 2015 competition. James is Manager of NFFF Quality Award holding shop Our Plaice in Hagley, West Midlands.

The National Federation of Fish Friers are looking for new trainers to become involved with the courses held at the Leeds training school but also for in shop training.
