Seafood Scotland has just stepped on-board as a proud sponsor of the National Federation of Fish Friers’ (NFFF) centenary celebrations. The organisation is working with head chef Andre Matter at The Midland Hotel, Manchester, to put MSC Scottish haddock on the menu at the NFFF gala dinner in June.

Haddock is one of the most important white fish species for the Scottish fishing industry and the fish frier’s trade, and Seafood Scotland thought it fitting to offer it as a fish course for the birthday celebrations.

The sponsorship is part of a wider programme to support and raise awareness of Scottish MSC haddock amongst the food service sector and fish frier’s trade.

“Scottish haddock is plentiful, sustainable and high quality, and we are proud to see such an excellent product on the menu at this event,” said Graham Young, head of Seafood Scotland.

WE HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME AND ONCE AGAIN - THANK YOU TO EVERYONE INVOLVED!
