NFFF squeeze together with Heinz Foodservice to sauce up the fish and chip industry

The National Federation of Fish Friers is delighted to announce ‘Heinz Foodservice’ as the latest organisation to become an NFFF Associate Member.

Heinz SqueezMe! pods are an industry favourite for the fish and chip trade and with the NFFF teaming up with Heinz Foodservice, NFFF members will benefit from all the latest news, promotional material and offers brought to you by Heinz through the NFFF via our website, social media channels and of course the Fish Friers Review.

Heinz SqueezMe! pods offer a mess-free, easy to use sauce portion.Research shows that fish and chip shop customers are willing to pay up to 35p for a Heinz SqueezMe! Pod[1] – that’s an almost guaranteed sale with every purchase. The ‘grab and go’ packs contain almost three times as much product as a standard sachet[2], offering fantastic value for money and even more choice.

Now available in six great flavours, the brand is supporting the range with new self-merchandised cases, HoldMe! and carousel units, as well as in-outlet posters to help fish and chip shops drive all-important impulse purchases.

In 2015, the SqueezeMe! range grew by +9% (year-on-year) with the most popular flavours being Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise and Tartare.
