Earlier today NFFF Regional Director David Miller spoke to BBC Radio Leeds about 'Career Changes' and how he gave up life as a chef on the Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2) to work in the family business, Millers Fish and Chips.
In the interview David discusses life before, during, and after the QE2 and explains how the life changing moment came after a conversation with the head chef.
David discussed how the NFFF works and highlighted what is offered, and the work that takes place at the NFFF Training Academy.
