NFFF Guest Tutor Announced for March Three Day Course

The National Federation of Fish Friers are delighted to announce Mark Corbally will be a guest tutor on the March ‘Three-Day Training Course: NFFF Complete Guide to Fish and Chip Shop Management’.
Mark Corbally is owner of award winning Mister C^s in Selby, West Yorkshire. Mister C^s has won numerous awards including,

Over the three days students will cover,
- Product sourcing
- Fish, potato and batter: selection and preparation
- Types of oils and fats
- Hands on cooking including correct frying temperatures, range management and portion control
- Oil management
- Food hygiene
- Health and Safety requirements
- Managing accounts
- Dealing with VAT
- Customer service
