The final 10 fish and chip shops have just been named as the prepare to enter the final of the best Independent Takeaway Fish and Chip Shop of the Year Award category of the 2014 National Fish & Chip Awards, organised by Seafish. 

Each shop is representing one of ten regions across the UK. As a final push the shops will now make a final presentation in front of a "Dragon^s Den" style panel of media and industry judges, who will quiz the shops on a diverse range of industry-related subjects.

The winner will be announced on 22 January 2014 at the London Lancaster hotel
