Drywite Ltd are pleased to announce the creation of the new role of Drywite Young Fish Frier of the Year Coordinator.

We are delighted that Nicky Lewis has been appointed to the new role and will take control immediately.

Nicky, who is well known in the industry, will bring her enthusiasm and organisational abilities, together with her wide knowledge of the industry to the competition. She will be working to develop the competition and will be present at all industry exhibitions. Nicky will also be present at the NFFF Training Academy for the Best Practice Day on 27th February 2017 and the NFFF Introduction Day on 10th April 2017.

Nicky will be organising all areas associated with the competition, from application stage through to the renowned DYFFY factory visits.
