  • Perfect Chips
  • Perfect Batter
  • Responsible sourcing (including how to become MSC certified)

The course has been designed to show you how to produce the best quality product, minimise wastage and maximise profits by adding value to your product.

Cost: Non-member £350(plus VAT) NFFF Member £300 (plus VAT)
