Limited spaces remain on the August ‘Three-Day Training Course: NFFF Complete Guide to Fish and Chip Shop Management’.

The course takes place on the Monday 8th through to Wednesday 10th August. We are delighted to welcome James Ritchie from Simpsons Fish & Chips as our guest frier on the Tuesday of the course.

James Ritchie owns award winning Simpsons Fish & Chips based in Cheltenham and was crowned number 1 fish and chip shop in the UK at the recent National Fish and Chip Award 2016. Simpsons has won numerous awards including,
