National wholesaler JJ Food Service Ltd and Unique Seafood Ltd are pleased to announce a sourcing and supply chain agreement whereby Unique Seafood’s foodservice distribution London depot and Southwest depot will be merged into the JJ distribution network.

Managing director of JJ Mustafa Kiamil said, "Working with Unique Seafood will enable us to secure a consistent, reliable supply of high-quality, competitively-priced fish for our customers”.

Unique Seafood CEO, Harald Nissen, said, "With eight UK branches and three more scheduled to open in 2016, JJ’s national coverage continues to grow. Combining their expertise in distribution with our knowledge of the fish market will benefit everyone involved.”

JJ Food Service first launched its range of products for the fish and chip market in 2015 and has continued to expand its range to cover the full shopping basket. "This latest investment further demonstrates our intention to become a major player in the fish and chip market,” added Mustafa Kiamil.
