Dutch range manufacturer Florigo has expanded its sales team with the appointment of Simon Preston to the role of Sales Manager.

Simon brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the fish and chip trade as well as an expert understanding of range technology having been sales director at Cardiff-based range manufacturer Preston & Thomas for 30 years.

His role will involve raising awareness of the Florigo brand as well as promoting the qualities and capabilities of its high efficiency ranges.

Commenting on his new position, Simon says: "I’m very excited about this new opportunity with Florigo and to be back in the fish and chip trade again. The trade is very much in my blood as fish frying has been in my family for over 100 years.
