Fish Box have launched a brand-new Click and Collect App at both Fish Box Whitby and Fish Box Robin Hood’s Bay and a delivery service via the app at Fish Box Whitby. The initial reaction has been exceptional, with many downloading it the day it was launched.

The Fusco family, who are behind the two Fish Box shops are no strangers to online ordering facilities, having already set up a click and collect app at their sister shop, Royal Fisheries in Whitby, in December last year.

With the app already up and running prior to lockdown in March, Royal Fisheries were able to open the take-away using the click and collect system to provide a service for the residents of Whitby during the lockdown months. Adrian Fusco commented: “Our customers at Royal Fisheries have enjoyed being able to select their own collection time, pay online and collect without queuing in a safe environment. Setting up the app for Fish Box felt like the next step for us, especially in the current climate. We hope that the added delivery service at Fish Box Whitby will also make it easier for customers who are currently shielding.”

With both Fish Box shops conveniently located next to car parks, collection is very straightforward, and the new facility is quickly becoming popular with residents in both Whitby and Robin Hood’s Bay. The app called ‘Fish Box Ordering’ can be downloaded for free at Google Play and the App Store.
