Determination and Research pays off for The Grange and Hewigo

Persistence paid off for Hewigo customer, Indy Garcha at The Grange Fish & Chips, Biddulph, Cheshire. He and his family ran a convenience store from the premises, on the main road to Congleton, but owning another similar store nearby, decided to have a go at something different. Fish and chips was the answer but it took them almost six years to get the appropriate planning permission. "We also spent a lot of time researching ranges,” says Indy. "We spoke to friends, searched the internet, visited a number of shops and we were very impressed with the Hewigo High Efficiency range especially at Hewigo customer Bal Singh, who operates shops and restaurants in the Market Drayton area.”

Indy adds, "Hewigo could not have been more helpful with the advice they gave us.
