The National Federation of Fish Friers (NFFF) are delighted to announce that Denise Dodd will be re-joining the NFFF as General Office and Business Development Manager.

Denise was previously the NFFF General Secretary between 2010 and 2015, a time in which she built a great understanding within the fish and chip industry. Denise’s new role will see her dealing with the day to day running of the office and she is also tasked with the business development of the NFFF, helping the NFFF in its continuous journey to move forward.

NFFF President Andrew Crook said "We are excited to welcome Denise back to the NFFF. In the background the NFFF are working on a number of exciting projects which Denise will be tasked with developing. This will strengthen the NFFF and ensure we can increase the number of services we offer and be ready to protect and promote the Fish and chip industry in the many forums we attend on its behalf.

We are currently working on a number of activities and initiatives, many on a governmental level as well industry level. We felt we needed to strengthen the team to help handle the increased volume of work going the office.”
