A fish and chip restaurant has contacted the NFFF with their sights set on a UK record.

Upon completion - at the end of June - they claim they^ll have a total of 417 covers in the building.

The breakdown of this total is: 222 in the restaurant, 88 on the terrace, 32 outside take away and 75 inside take away.

Whilst the NFFF cannot comment on whether this will be the largest fish and chip shop / restaurant, we invite everyone to get in touch with any leads or facts that could challenge this figure.

Additionally, the NFFF cannot comment on the size of restaurants outside the UK.
