The National Federation of Fish Friers has learnt of the sad passing of Chris Barrett of ME-FF over the weekend.

Dave Atkinson of ME-FF gave this statement: "Chris Barrett finally lost his long brave battle with cancer in the early hours of this morning. A truly great guy, a close friend, and a valued member of the Martyn Edwards - Frank Ford team!

A sad day for all who had the privilege of knowing him..."
