Friars Pride will continue to safeguard its staff, customers and suppliers through the temporary closure of our delivered service. However, in response to demand from some customers (bakeries and those offering delivered takeaway facilities), our Call & Collect Service is now available from all depots. There will be a limited amount of time slots available at each depot, but we will endeavour to meet your requirements while adhering to Government guidelines and social distancing.

To use our Call & Collect Service, please telephone Friars Pride on 01733 316400 between 9.00am-3.00pm, Monday-Friday.

Your order will be taken for the following day and you will be given a time slot to collect the order from your local depot.

Payment will need to be made by card on placing your order, and we will take the registration number of your vehicle.

To collect your order please arrive at our depot at the allotted time and park your vehicle in the designated area where your order will be available for you to collect.

We will be following Government guidelines on social distancing and have put in place processes to minimise contact and keep at least 2m apart.

Please check the paperwork and goods carefully before leaving as Friars Pride will not be liable for any discrepancies once goods are collected.

The Call & Collect Service is available at Peterborough, Nottingham, Norwich, Basildon, Bristol, Poole, Plymouth depots.
