As of last week members should have been emailed the new Food Information Regulations that will come into effect on13th December 2014.

Members of the NFFF will have received information about the 14 allergenic ingredients contained in the food they may make or sell, plus FSA Dishes Matrix and guideline into how to use the matrix.
